CTO is a national IT training company, which provides professional, on-site training services for business clients around Australia, with a current client base of more than 4,000. CTO is headquartered on the Gold Coast and in 2005 CTO’s first training facility, the Gold Coast Training Centre was officially opened, providing classroom training in desktop software applications, as well as training room hire services for the local market.
Rosy has successfully grown the revenue of the business by more than 100% year on year since 2005. To help enable and manage this growth, Rosy worked closely with a consultant mentor, who has been instrumental in helping to achieve this goal. For the financial year 2008/2009, CTO’s budgeted sales are now in the region of $1.6m, and current performance this year indicates that this will be achievable, generating a healthy profit. CTO has recently extended operations by partnering with companies in most Australian capital cities to provide classroom training for their clients in these areas. CTO has also recently completed their first international contract for a client, where training was required not only in Australia, but also in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Rosy is a mother of three, and a passionate business woman, who enjoys the challenges faced in a growing business environment. Plans for the FutureCTO has now employed three full time National Account Managers to focus on growing the national business. CTO has also put into place a strong marketing campaign, which includes a regular information newsletter for clients, and an optimisation strategy for the web site. CTO are intending to invest ongoing profits back in to the business to improve marketing strategies, increase CTO business and brand awareness amongst our potential clients, and hire more staff as the needs arise. |
