With a passion for innovation, technology, helping people and leadership, Raeleen Gillett embodies the meaing of ‘entreprenuer’. Founding Octahedron at just 22, she has created a global software company that provides innovative business management software to the jewellery industry.

In 7 years, Octahedron has grown to provide products to jewellers in ten countries and three languages. Octahedron’s web-based jewellery store management software increases productivity, efficiency and profits, as it enables optimal management of company resources. Octahedron has already earned international recognition for its cutting edge technology and superior customer support and training facilities.

In 2007, the Rapaport Group (an international network of companies providing services that support the global diamond markets and the primary source of diamond prices and market information) became a  50% shareholder in Octahedron. When commenting on the acquisition, Martin Rapaport, chairman of the Rapaport Group stated that “Octahedron is a first class company with excellent technology and management.” “Jewellers across the globe will use Octahedron’s software to increase productivity and profits.
